Since Umi Hammer was just comes on the market few month ago , UMI has officially teased that its planning to come out with an updated and upgraded version of its Hammer smartphone called the Hammer S.
This is the second attempt for Umi to propose a terminal of this family, in May we already got to try the first Umi Hammer, and we were talking about his success a few months ago. Now here comes the the first images of the new Umi Hammer S, a smartphone designed to be resistant like the classic rugged phone but without giving up a nice design.
In fact, rather than a successor, Umi Hammer S looks like a remake of the original with some interesting additions. It was revealed that it is powered by a MediaTek-made MT6735 Quad Core 64-bit SoC and 2 GB of RAM 16 GB of Rom.
What’s more, the handset is equipped with a touch-type fingerprint scanner at the back and the presence of a type connector USB Type C.
The design also appears certainly more appealing than its predecessor. Unfortunately there are not yet available all full specifications of the device, although should not deviate much from the original model, so we can expect a display HD 5 « and at least 2GB of RAM.
